You get three presets — high, medium, and low — plus an adjustable ambient mode that lets outside sound in when you need situational awareness.
When you toggle ANC off entirely, the headset switches to passive isolation, relying on the memory foam earcups to block distractions mechanically. The Voyager Focus 2 is designed primarily for computer and mobile use via Bluetooth or the BT700 USB adapter. It does not include a direct connection option for traditional desk phones with RJ-9 or 2.5mm jacks.

Download the free Poly Lens desktop software for Windows or macOS from the Plantronics support site. Connect your Voyager Focus 2 via the BT700 USB adapter or a direct USB-C cable, launch Poly Lens, and the software will detect your headset automatically.
If a firmware update is available, Poly Lens will prompt you to install it. The update process takes about five minutes and must not be interrupted. Firmware updates improve ANC performance, fix compatibility issues with new collaboration platforms, and occasionally add new features to supported models.
