When an incoming call arrives and you press the call-control button on your headset, the base sends a signal to the HL10’s motorized arm, which gently lifts your desk phone’s handset off the hook. The phone’s line is now active, and your conversation routes through the headset.
When you end the call, the HL10 automatically lowers the handset back into its cradle.
